Contact details you give us, such as your name, organization, job title, email address and phone number; details about your HR needs that you share on a call, a form or by email; and basic website usage data, such as pages visited, collected through cookies.

 

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, provide and improve our services, schedule meetings, send information you asked for, and follow up with you. We keep records of our calls and messages in our customer relationship management system.

 

Text messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from Como HR, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as follow-ups, information you requested and meeting reminders. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers who deliver our messages (such as our phone carrier), and only for that purpose. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example our CRM, phone and email providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@comohr.com. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

 

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
